ConsultStack publishes tool comparisons, pricing breakdowns, and implementation guides for consultants and B2B agencies. Here is how we produce and verify our content.

Tool Selection

We cover tools that consultants and boutique agencies actually use for outbound sales, lead generation, client delivery, and workflow automation. We currently track pricing and features for 37+ tools across four categories. Tools are selected based on market relevance, search demand, and practitioner feedback — not vendor relationships.

Research Process

Each article starts with deep research using vendor documentation, product pricing pages, public review platforms (G2, Capterra), and practitioner analysis. We cross-reference claims from multiple sources before including them.

Pricing Verification

Tool pricing is checked against vendor websites and updated regularly. Each tool listing includes a "Last verified" date so readers know how current the information is. When vendors use quote-based pricing, we note this explicitly rather than guessing at numbers.

Editorial Review

Every article is reviewed by a human editor before publication. The review checks for factual accuracy, pricing consistency, unsupported claims, and editorial quality. Articles that don't meet our standards are revised or held from publication.

Use of AI

We use AI tools to assist with research and initial drafting. All AI-assisted content is reviewed, edited, and approved by human editors before publication. We disclose AI involvement in our editorial note on every article.
